If One doesn't know about divorce yet but just moves out is this ok
not usually- but there are plenty of variables- it all depends upon if he is missing, or how long he has gone- then you can file abandonment- the papers are easily located on the net- depending upon your county/states practice- legally you can't just up and leave- but if he has no contact- I'd do it anyway- as a matter of fact, i have- just dont leave a forwarding address.
Just say sorry
If you've just set a date for your wedding, this can be an exciting time for the two of you! Don't let the marriage license laws of Tennessee put a dent in your wedding plans. @ docturs.com/dd
Just like marriage ... 'til death.
The legal definition of abandonment is, "The act by which a person abandons and forsakes, without justification, a condition of public, social, or family life, renouncing its responsibilities and evading its duties."
If you're doing that just in case you get laid off, it's not job abandonment. If you got that new job and you your other one it is job abandonment.
Project abandonment is when a project is stopped for various reasons. This could be due to budget cuts or because someone just changed their mind.
The state of Kentucky is just north of Tennessee.
I would say a definite yes to the question, as it is unexcusable to leave your young child for any length of time. Once you become a mother, your role is to nurture your baby/child. You can't just leave for any reason.
If you have sole legal guardianship/custody of them and the mother has none and you just drop the kids off with her and leave them there and never call or come back to pick them up that's child abandonment henceforth you getting arrested.
If it is like using a sisters death to make you stop talking to him, you need to speak to a counselor for your marriage, or just leave him.
Try to make the best of if, my marriage is going on four years and it seems to get worse by the day
