Well yea and no. It is not illegal to be in a relationship but if it is a sextual relationship then yes. That is because the girl is a minor and a minor having sex with an dult is called stagitory rape. Even if it is willing the adult can be charged and sent to prison and more than likely be sued by the girl's parents for all sorts of things. So if the relationship is not sextual than is is frowned upon but it isn't exactly breaking the law. Sexual raltaionships are illegal though.
No this is against the law.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this. As long as it doesnt become a "love" relationship.
No. The law views 14 as pretty young in comparison to 20.
Ask your parents!!! No, it isn't against the law. Since 2003 it has been against the law for a teacher to have sex with a pupil. However, only the teacher would be breaking the law, not the pupil. If he isn't a teacher then it is unlikely to be against the law for either partner. No its not illegal, when I was 16 I was with a 27 year old man. As you over the age of consent it is legal
The type of relationship between a young girl and the old man is sexual offense of age.
There is no law against it. At 18 the individual is an adult.
a girl just needs a friend who can be a boy in a friendship, but woman needs a man in relationship

As you are a nice man looking for a nice girl for a serious relationship, you must find one in a pub or bar and then go steady with her.
An "ex post facto" law
