You aren't likely to drive anywhere with a broken timing belt because the engine will not run. Can you tow the car? Of course.

I would try Ebay, or one of JDM sellers.
Without knowing Make Model Year CC & fuel type, this is impossible to answer.
I would suggest to buy a service manual on your vehicle and then determine on how you want to approach this. Telling you on how and what to do along with the right tools is impossible.
The way to tell if a belt or chain is Belt is behind a PLASTIC cover right behind your pulleys (ie.. Alternator, A/C Comp, P/S pump.).
Make sure that you have set the marks right, check the spark plug wires that they are connected, and connected to the appropriate spark plugs.
If you are still running the OEM belt, right now. Look in the maintenance schedule. For the 2004 V6 it is nine years or 90,000 miles. I is probably somewhat less for the 2000.
Possible: Timing is off, or carb is out of adjustment. I would have the timing checked. Timing might be off right at the crank and cam. Chain drive. It can slip or just have too much slack, depends on mileage.
93 Camry fuel filter is right below the brake master cylinder
This is something that can be difficult to do without the right experience. Make sure to get assistance if needed.
The blower motor resistor is under the dash and glove compartment on the right side look up on the firewall and or right side. You should be able to remove without much problem.
What motor is it? if its the 4g63,4g63-t its on the right side behind the timing belt covers, if its the 4g73 sohc its on the right as well ( i believe, might be on the left) behind the timing belt cover. There is an upper and lower cover for timing belts. You cannot see the belt without taking covers off,You should be able to take the upper off to inspect the belt from the cam side.
