It also depends on the age of consent laws of your state. I know you are saying that you are "just dating" a 16 year old boy. Having been a 16 year old boy myself, the 16 year old boy in question is probably not looking to "just date".
Don't do it. It isn't worth it. Any sexual, or even casual contact with a child could lead to some serious charges, even prison time. There are literally millions of men over the age of 18 who could satisfy you, don't prey on a child.
