The first person who answered this is completely wrong. Using paper clips as jewelry is a horrible idea. You can't truly sanitize something unless you autoclave it. Alcohol doesn't really do you any good. If you got your nipples pierced by a professional go to them to get good quality jewelry. Even if you did them yourself, still go to get new jewelry from a legit piercer.
Green discharge is definitely a sign of infection. Whatever you do, don't remove the jewelry! Removing the jewelry will trap the infection and possibly lead to the formation of an abscess. When you go to a piercer to get jewlery, they can tell you what to do depending on how bad the infection is. Until you visit them, use sea salt soaks to clean it. Your piercer will probably tell you to visit a doctor. That would be a really good idea bc you can use antibiotics to help with the infection. Just go to a piercer ASAP to get better jewelry and visit a doctor soon to!
It is normal. Eventually it will go away. You can dissolve the ooze in hydrogen peroxide if you wish, or soak your nipple in a mild saline solution (this is awkward to do, but much gentler, less painful and less likely to cause scarring) to break down the crusties formed by dried up ooze. If the ooze is green and strongly smells foul, you have an infection and need to see someone about it.
The correct spelling is oozing.
No. It also depends on the piercing, if you are talking about a cheek piercing and it's oozing clear fluid well my friend you asked for it. If you cheek piercings are oozing clear fluid then you have pierced the saliva ducts in the cheeks and you will need to see your Doctor to have the piercing removed and the cauterized. Simply removing the jewellery will not repair the damage that has been done, see your Doctor.
Your neck is oozing because you haven't seen a doctor yet!

Oozing means that something is slowly running out of somewhere or something, as in a gel or semi-liquid. This phrase is comparing charm to such a liquid and claiming that the person has so much charm that it's running over and oozing out of them.
