It is normal. Eventually it will go away. You can dissolve the ooze in hydrogen peroxide if you wish, or soak your nipple in a mild saline solution (this is awkward to do, but much gentler, less painful and less likely to cause scarring) to break down the crusties formed by dried up ooze.
If the ooze is green and strongly smells foul, you have an infection and need to see someone about it.
