It is not good for anyone to be overweight, now is the time for you to do something positive about it whilst you are young, it can only get harder as time goes by. Obeseity is almost always the result of excessive food consumption of a poor choice of food, coupled with inadequate excercise. You have to break that cycle, sounds hard ? not if broken down into smaller steps or goals along the road to the new you. Your second step [you made the first when you wrote to this Forum] is to discuss your problem with your parents, older sister, aunt, doctor or teacher, or any responsible person. A load shared is a load spared, just discussing this openly is a another positive step and you will feel a little more confident that you can do it. You are now ready for a sensible diet and excercise regime, see your Doctor for advice. Remember, little steps at first, it would take a lot more than 3mths to reach 180 lbs, it will not come off in 3mths, persevere and once you see it's beginning to work, that joyous feeling is only your first reward.

Actually, it is a bit underweight (but not according to wii fit.) If you are eating right and not starving yourself and it's showing no unhealthy problems, then you should be fine. I have a friend who is 14 and weighs 80 pounds and she dances 8 hours a week and is a star dancer. If you're okay with your weight then it's just fine.

It depends how tall you are. If your over 5'2" or so, it's not going to be that healthy.
