There are two different thoughts about this subject. Tom Gaylord ( he's an expert on air guns and has a BLOG.) says it's Okay to leave a C02 powerlett in the New airguns because the newer seals can handle it. But I personally don't like to do that. Here's why. Older airguns can't handle the constant stress of the pressure, So no don't do it to them. New airguns can handle it but the danger is always there about someone else picking up the gun, Not knowing it's charged and accidentally firing it. I feel it the same as leaving a loaded gun unsupervised. I always unload my airguns after using them and never leave them charged. The powerlett is going to cost you about 60 cents. So it's not worth the possibility of an accident. Plus it's not worth leaving the stress on the system within the airgun. I feel removing it will just make the airgun last longer, and my collections is over 50 different pistols. Most of them require C02 cartage's and I want to keep them working. So the choice is yours.
Not more than 3 hours. If you leave it out any more than that you could get sick from it.

im pretty sure the 9mm cartrige is bigger than the 380. So the 380 cartrige might not fit inside the 9mm die.
That depends upon the food. If it is a potentially hazardous food like meat or potatoes, it should be eaten or refrigerated as soon as possible. Don't leave it at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
No, meat left unrefrigerated more than two hours is not safe to eat. In that amount of time, bacteria has started to grow and could cause food borne illness.
Don't leave the cheese ball out for more than 2 hours.
Yes, hotter Co2 expands faster than cold, but only if that temperature is constant, but heating CO2 tanks is extremely dangerous, and will not do anything but weaken the cylinder, which may explode and shrapnelize.
It is better to keep you eye contact in water because it isn't good for your eye to have it in for very long. (more than waking hours)
