Gosh... I would think long and hard about going there if you are in a teen relationship. It might seem appealing to her (although your caution says a lot about your good level of common sense), but what could happen if you try doing it 'harder' at her request, and then at some point your relationship comes to an end? You could be implicated in some perceived harm to her, even if you never do anything more than what she wants. Perhaps this response is a bit alarmist, but it would be unfortunate if you got caught up in something like this and it went 'south' for some unexpected reason.
Sexual activity at its best is fun and agreeable to both parties, and if desires don't mesh, then some give and take might help. In your place I might explain that you are comfortable going only so far, and you won't do anything that is more than 'symbolic' or 'acting'.
