It depends on how flexible you made your self to be. The human body is incredible when it comes to adapting to environment or the way the body works itself when trained. But it is not recommended if you just start bending back. Cartilage disc can be damage.

It is more natural for a right handed person to twist things clockwise. Removing the tie is therefore much easier

First twist together the wires to be joined. For larger wire use lineman's pliers to apply twist. Make the twist clockwise. Then twist on the wirenut clockwise on the wires.
