You can have the ducts cleaned or just not worry about it. They will dry out fairly quickly. Hopefully it was mainly water and not less pleasant things. Take out the vent, use a towel to clean what you can and maybe spray some disinfectant down the vent.
I fixed my toilet with a rotor.
Many 'slow' water leaks will waste several gallons of water a day. Also, the floor around the toilet can be damaged if the leak is dripping onto the floor. Toilet repair kits are very cheap, and easy to install. Check at your local hardware store, Home Depot, or Lowe's.
It is your toilet that caused the damage and therefore your responsibility.
This is normally a resistive heating fixed to the inner surface of the glass of the rear screen.
No.... because that's just the sound of the water going down the hole and new water coming in its just how a toilet works
Install a proper vent
A Heating Breakdown Cover is used for when a heating system breaks down. One would want to be sure that this gets fixed as quickly and cheaply as possible. It would help homeowners avoid an unexpected bill.
Two major ways whereby nitrogen is fixed in ecosystems are through rainfall and through leguminous crops.
It doesn't. Melting point is fixed for each substance at a particular pressure. However, very rapid heating can make it difficult to measure the melting point accurately.
Could be a bad heating element or a bad breaker, either of which can be fixed. The only reason to replace a water heater is if it is leaking. Anything else can be fixed cheaper.
I can't quite understand the first part of your question. For the second part of your question: Toilet roll dispensers vary, but a simple variant would involve a bar, which is fixed (like an axle), surrounded by the toilet roll, which rotates (like a wheel).
Obviously the answer depends on the capacity of the tank truck and this capacity is not fixed by any standard. If each truck carried 4000 gallons, it would take 2000 truck loads to haul 8 million gallons.
