Dogs Trust because they train the dogs really good! You could also get some at P.A.W.S too! At pet shops they just feed the dogs clean the dogs and just let you play with it and see if you want it... It's Better to get these types of dogs:

Golden Retriever
Pomeranion
Yorkshire Terrior
and even more!
