you dont have to be popular... dont worry. just be youself and be nice to the girl you like. talk to her so she will begin to enjoy hanging out with you. you can be funny, nice, smart or athletic without being popular and getting someone to like you. i even know popular girls that went out with unpopular guys so even if you like a popular girl just find some time to talk to her and show her your a nice guy. some girls may not date you just for popularity, but they dont care about anyone they date, so find someone else that really cares. you deffinately dont have to be popular to get a girlfriend :D
