Is it better to jog 8 minutes three times a day or 12 minutes twice a day?

It doesnt really matter because you are jogging the same amount of time. But if you are trying to lose wait 12 minutes would be better because you are getting hotter and burning more body weight

Twice a day, do sit-ups for three minutes. Overtime, you'll get better. I can do about 65 sit-ups per minute.

The good practitioners will tell you that you should practice every day. It doesn't have to be a long time, even 20 minutes a day will do a lot to make you a better karateka. You don't have to go to class every day, but at least twice a week is what you have to do to progress, three times is better.

Maybe you are turning it on with the "Sleep" feature instead of the main power button. Usually pressing this button once will set the timer for 30 minutes, twice will get an hour, three times 90 minutes, and 4 times will turn it off again.
