It depends on the cost of living in your country.. in few countries like Singapore its better to own. if you are from India then go for lease. and also it depends on the buisness industry you involved in. if its a production indusry like a chemical etc then go for own buildings. and if it is development industry like software lease will do..

Would it be better to buy or lease a truck for my new business?

In my opinion it is always better to buy instead of lease. Most leases last from three to five years and if you finance the vehicle instead you could pay it off in the same amount of time and own it outright.

Finding a Space for Lease for Your Business?

When starting your own business, unless you are working out of your home, you will need to find a place to conduct your business, or set up shop. You will need to find a space for lease because it will be more cost effective than trying to buy a business space, and getting a space for lease is also less of a risk than buying a business space. If you business happens to go under, you can get out of your space at the end of a lease, or you can get out of your lease early by breaking the lease and paying the fee that is written up in the contract.

Should I lease or own my small business?

Leasing and buying both have their own pros and cons. I would be inclined to lease instead of buying because it's a lot easier to deal with if your business has not been successful. You won't have to sell the property.

Cheap Ways to Lease a Property?

When you own a business, you may not necessarily want to own the building or location where you business exists. Not only can it be costly in the beginning to buy your own real estate, but it can actually make things easier if you have a landlord helping you fix any problems you encounter during the life of your lease. However, many properties carry with them some hefty monthly price tags, and it can be difficult to find a cheap place to lease a property. This is why you need to keep in mind the power that you have as a renter. Many renters don't realize just how much power they have to negotiate down on price when they lease a property.

Are lease contracts a good idea when starting a small business?

Yes i believe they are. I would make sure the lease is short, that way if things do not work out as you expect you are only responsible for a short amount of time. Once you see your business is really taking off thats is when you buy a place of your own!

Can an administrator of estate be denied lease renewal option if their only right to tenancy is unexpired lease of decedant?

Under most circumstances, the demise of the tenant signals the end of the tenancy, even if he is in the middle of the lease. Death is an uncontrollable act and therefore cannot be regulated in the lease. Some states make exceptions to this rule if it specifies that if a tenant dies the landlord may be remedied under the law. If the administrator of an estate wants to occupy the premises he can do so under his own tenancy. The administrator of an estate cannot renew a lease for a decedent: the purpose of the administration is to settle the estate, so an administrator/executor cannot resume the tenancy of a dwelling as if the decedent were still alive. So the administrator of an estate would just be considered a new tenant if he wants to occupy the premises.

Is it Wise for Your Business to Lease.?

If you own a small business, chances are you are very aware of the costs and expenses needed to run the business the way it needs to be run. As a business owner, one of the decisions that has to be made is how to acquire vehicles, machinery or other business equipment. Is it better to buy it, rent it or lease it? Business leasing is often the smartest choice when you need office equipment like computers and a copy machine or a company truck or other vehicle. Leasing allows you to get what you need for a fraction of the cash you would need to purchase the vehicle or equipment outright. In addition to requiring less upfront cash, a business lease also has the advantage of being a tax deduction. Finally, by leasing instead of buying, you can always have relatively new equipment with the latest technology to enhance your company's productivity.
