I don't think it is unless your forcing them too. If they want it done then its not abuse.
No. Giving a child drugs is child abuse and the person doing it can be arrested for drugs and child abuse.
I don't know about child abuse, but is certainly is irresponsible.
Yes. 13 is not yet an adult. So it is qualified as child abuse.
It depends on the amount of time they are left alone. If the child has all necesities then I would say, no, it is not abuse. A 17-year-old is no longer a child so it is not child abuse. They should be getting a job or going to higher education.
Hardly ... that could constitute "child endangerment" and/or "child abuse".
no
no.
Depending on state laws, it is actually illegal to pierce any child under the age of 16 other then earlobes. Some states, such as Idaho, even classify it as a double edged sword. If someone pierces a minor, the piercer may be charged with child abuse, while the parents are charged with child endangerment. Check the state laws, or piercing parlors to see what their policy is. If it is illegal in the state, and a shop is willing to pierce the minors navel, then beware. If they don't care about the state laws, then what else do they not care about?
No, 18 is adult age.
Yes, a police officer can question a 10 year old without parental consent. This happens when HRS suspects a parent has committed child abuse. A parent does not have a right to abuse a child.
No and it is illegal. This is a minor child and the person who is involved with a 9 year old can be charged with child sexual abuse if they are an adult.
No, because it is illegal to abuse a child and throwing the child out means abusing your child. Nosh-bosh
