No that is not correct. You should say: That will also benefit.

I ordered flowers from my garden club. This will benefit me because the flowers are cheaper than at the local nursery but will also benefit my garden club which gets 10% on the sale.

Will also benefited has a problem with the tense. Will is present tense, while benefited is past tense. You might say "...would have benefited from having less expensive flowers."
