Probably depends on what you say in the card. If you are more serious in the card than you have been in the relationship thus far, it could be seen as creepy, but if you just express the same things that you do normally, then it probably couldn't be seen that way. If you are looking to transition the relationship to more serious, you could just ask her if it is okay with her if you get her a card.
