Not much. The Copper (II) sulfate will just dissolve in the water (at about 316g/L of water). Copper (II) sulfate is pretty friendly around water and not all that dangerous. It's used commercially.

don't go there! Don't mix Clorox bleach with ANYTHING!! It creates very toxic fumes that will make you sick and could permanently injure your eyes

Copper sulfate was used as a catalyst for the amalgamation of silver. We haven't now any other motivation to mix copper sulfate with mercury.
