No, it's not. In fact, I'm currently perscribed Neurontin (Gabapentin) 300mg 3x/day and Diazepam 5mg basically as needed (usually 2x/day). This is coming from the same doctor. I'm sure he would not perscribe it if there was a harmful reaction, and I obviously take them together all the time.

∙ 11y agoNo, if you don't take too high dosages. If you are using both of those drugs to manage pain, you won't have any problems. If you are non-tolerant person, you should take really low dosages because gabapentin makes oxycodone act stronger.
I suggest you to ask your dorctor about this, but usually it is safe.
