∙ 15y agoNo ,they have the same abillity to get pregnant. The problem is the risk of infection for the partner. How do you get the sperm to the egg without the risk of infection. You would probably need to have invitro or insemination of some kind. You also need to stay on anti-viral drugs during your pregnancy and that greatly reduces the chance that you will pass on the HIV virus to the baby. You also can not breastfeed the baby, without passing the virus.
