If you know the person's username - yes. Simply go to their profile page - and click on the 'activity feed' link next to the user's picture. That will show the contributions of the user.
We try to give answers to many questions, but that is where we need help from everyone. Anyone can come on the site and answer questions, but many people ask and don't answer. Maybe we could all help by finding a couple of questions that we can answer and doing it... then more questions overall will be answered. :)

To seed a new question on wiki answers is easy. All you have to do is make and account.
Answering the questions on Answer is easy to do. All you have to do is click on the unanswered question, write your answer and then click submit.
It's pretty easy to ask questions. It is a little harder to answer them... so you can ask questions whether or not anyone answers them. We all do. But also, jump in and answer once in a while, and maybe other people will join you, and we'll all get more answers. :)
