If you have great patience and are excellent in explaining things in the simplest terms possible, children should be easy to work with, and if you don't have those characteristics, they are usually hard to work with. Easy is not the word. I myself am one who works with children. I have baby sat many times. The children are hard if their characters are different. The way they feel, act, and are is the only way you can know. If you know that, you will find out. Also, you can overall say no. Some are difficult.
