Has it happened? Possibly without human aid, but not likely. Horses are like us in that they birth one offspring per pregnancy usually. Even when the mare has twins without the help of humans one baby would usually die if not both and the mother. Even with the help of humans four babies would probably either kill the mother, at LEAST one of the foals, or all of them, it is a LOT of stress on a mother. Is it possible? Maybe. Did they all live? Probably not.
You cant and you only can have one horse at a time.
They have one foal at a time per year like all other horses :):) xx
it can only have one at a time cause when the first one is born you have to wait till the female horse gets a baby in its belly you will need to wait for the next one to come

true it can also make your horse unfit and unwell don't feed treats all the time either because every time your horse sees you it will expect treats andstart to misbehave :)
whenever a babys in the belly

Typically with all breeds, a single foal is the norm. However, twins are possible on rare occasion. I personally have never heard of multiple births beyond twins.
