No... Of course vegtables are good for you but you need protein for your brain too! If you want a healthy lifestyle you have to be balanced out !
EDIT: While I'm NOT a vegetarian I know there ARE alternative sources of protein other than meat. There's NOTHING wrong with being a vegetarian - so long as you maintain a healthy, balanced diet.

I am guessing you mean bought from a brand, and it would depend on what brand you have bought, and if they have used real chicken or a supplement. The answer is most likely going to be no unless they have something on the front of the packaging saying it is vegetarian. To be sure you should read through the ingredients.
