Yes. Non-violence/pacifism is good. Unfortunately someone has to take a stand against violence, with violence , or the non-violent people will be eliminated by violent people.

Why is violence good?
Violence is not always bad. Nor is it always good. Violence is one of those things that is always dependent on the situation in which it is being applied.
