No. Working a muscle group back to back days is very ineffective and potentially dangerous. At the minimum wait 48until hours for optimum recovery time. 72 hours is even better
If you combine it with a healthy diet and a few more exercises then it should work but other than that it will only strengthen your legs, but not exactly make you lose weight.
