Of course it all depends on what the university is looking for but from personal experience I would say Wake Forest is more difficult. UNC is 5 times the size of Wake so statistically your odds are better there. Wake is notoriously selective and since they dropped the SAT requirement recently they have gotten flooded with applicants. UNC is also not easy to get in, particularly if you are out of state, but I would still say it is harder to get into Wake Forest.
