In most cases no because after taking Adderall for an extended amount of time your body learns to work with or without it but if you miss a day it is likely for you to get more stomach aches or head aches considering your body is working without its normal drug helping. So for a final answer in the long run no its not harmful but short term wise you can have some unpleasant side effects to make that day not such a good day compared to others.
