Yes, they all count. BTW, black coffee doesn't have any calories, so add a little artificial sweetner and you still have zero, then you can add some creamer and only end up with a few calories. BTW, energy drinks have a BUNCH of calories and they aren't very healthy ones.

Eating some types of vegetables are healthy. Celery for example is not healthy at all. It is proven that they have "Negetive calories" which means that it takes more calories to digest it, than the calories it provides most people arent veggie lovers so if you arent one, then you can search up healthy dishes that you can cook that are even healthier that just plain green
Personal, I count half of them. I doubt that when I purge I get all of it out. I figure counting half gives me the right amount.

Don`t count calories, it a very bad way to become unhealthy. All you need is a healthy diet (small portion, 4-5 small meals) and exercise (cardio and weights)
