Is it healthy to diet

of course its healthy to diet. though sometimes fasting isn't the healthiest way to diet. if you are a child and on a diet, it is usually not healthy because you still need nutrients from food to grow. I'm a teenager and I've done a diet that has you not eat any grain, carb, or dairy product. my dinners usually consisted of salads WITHOUT dressing but with fruit and chicken and vegetables. you do it for 3 weeks and you measure your waist hips and chest area the first day and you don't measure till the last day. keep it recorded until that day. you don't use a scale because those don't show your body changes. this diet really helped me. i lost about 3 inches each on all my areas! this diet helped me also get into the habit of eating healthy. it made me have more energy and eat right. i barley even looked at a bag of chips. sure my friends made fun of me and tried to stuff cheez-its down my throat but it really helped me shed inches!
