Vegetables and fish are some of the healthiest foods that you can eat. Pastas and rice are also okay as long as you are eating them in moderation. You're body only needs a certain amount of carbohydrates which is used for energy, but any extras are stored as fat. You should not drink only milk or juice. According to my nutritionist, a person should only have an 8oz glass of milk and juice per day. Your body does not need more than that. Fresh fruits are always better than fruit juice. The best thing to drink is water.
