Sharing a bed is not in and of itself illegal. So you should be safe [provided you don't sexually abuse the child, which goes without saying].

No, they are both very young and have no understanding or interest in sexual activities. Once the boy reaches 9 or 10 or has started puberty then they should have separate rooms for privacy.

What are the Massachusetts laws of opposite sex siblings sharing a bedroom?

There are no laws in the United States restricting siblings from sharing a room. Thus, it is perfectly legal for male and female siblings in Massachusetts to share a room. In apartment complex that there can not be any sharing of a room with brother and sister. Two brothers can share a room or two sisters can share a room. In a rented house or own your home that you can share a room with both genders. For example, You have an 11-year-old brother and an 8-year-old sister or the girl is 11 and the boy is 8. Go for it. Word of thumb. Living quarters in a family are private. This means we do not share things in public. Is it legal for a 7 year old boy to share a room with 14 year old sister?

They can share a room, but at this age it probably better that they don't. At this age teenagers want a bit of space to themselves and the fact that they are opposite sexes would make it awkward. By the way all brothers are boys.

14 year old daughter and a 2 year old daughter sharing the same bedroom is this correct as your oldest daughter is ready to do exams at school and you think it is unfair she has to share?

I would think, that if you HAVE the extra room, it would be a good idea for them not to share. If you only have one room for them, they will have to get used to the idea. I shared a room my entire life. When I was two, I shared with my eleven year old sisters and my five year old sister. We got along fine. But, like I said, if there IS an extra room for your oldest daughter, I would split them up. No way she would need her space!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
