Dating is legal if your parents are OK with it because there are no laws for dating, just for sex. In this case the minor have to have reached age of consent in his/hers state. Otherwise it would be statutory rape.

Not really. While there are no laws regarding dating, a 16 year old is the responsibility of the parents. And they are under the age of consent in Florida and any sexual contact could be illegal.

If you are 16 and dating a 19 year old without parents permission what can happen to you?

Dating someone who is 19 when you are 16 may not necessarily lead to legal consequences in terms of dating. However, depending on the laws in your location, there could be legal implications if the relationship becomes sexual, as the age of consent varies by state or country. It is important to familiarize yourself with the laws in your area and consider seeking advice from a trusted adult.

Is it illegal for a fifteen year old to date a twenty year old in Florida?

Dating is not illegal (there are no laws regarding dating). If the minor's parents are okay with you dating (and frankly, I don't any parent who would let their 15-year-old child date a 20-year-old adult, but maybe this minor's parents would), then you can. If they aren't okay with it, you can't (parents have the right to determine who their minor child is and isn't allowed to spend time with). For a 20-year-old to have sexual contact (which is not limited merely to intercourse) with 15-year-old is illegal. It's a felony.

What can a parent do if their 16 year old is seeing a 22 year old without their permission in Florida?

First off, it is illegal in the state of Florida. A court may be able to interpret dating as a form of sexual activity. They are obviously too young to be dating if that is what you mean as "seeing". You are the parent and have the right to assert reasonable discipline. I advise calmly talking to the child that isn't to accusing. Hormones are ridiculous, and you don't wan to upset them to soonly. Attempt to see your concern and how they should take it slow. So they will at least understand you and your actions.

If your parents are divorced and you live with one in jacksonville Florida but want to move and live with some one else can you have your other parent give you permission to stay with that person?

You could ask that other person but it wouldn't help. You need permission from the parent you are currently living with to not get your family arrested for kidnapping.
