It would not be illegal to photo edit a picture of an adult for your own use. If you share the result with others, you are moving into a gray area of the law. You certainly are opening yourself up to civil damages. If you edit a picture and the results appear to be a picture of a child, you can be charged with a crime.
When a photo is taken, unless other arrangements (such as work made for hire) have been made, the photographer automatically controls the copyright. Anyone else claiming copyright on it would be infringing the creator's rights.
nah
there should be a thing when your adding a comment that says 'add photo' there should be a thing when your adding a comment that says 'add photo'
There is a million! If you want to edit your myspace photos you should consider Screen Dash. It gives you the myspace code after you add text, drawings, photo edits etc. to your photo.
No, I think it's illegal .
If the photo is copyrighted, maybe.
All depends on the content of said photo
Nope , It's Illegal .
The recording is probably illegal, but taking a photo for identification purposes later on is likely not.
The pictures are not "in" Picasa as such - they are in folders on the hard drive and Picasa monitors and edits them there. Therefore, to send a picture via email, you would use the email program to locate the photo and attach it to the email. Please note that Picasa does not edit your photos "as you go". Rather it accumulates all the edits for a particular picture and applies them when you Save that picture. This means that if you have not saved the photo after editing, the original (unedited) version will be attached to your email.
