I think that as long as they are 16 or older they should be ok. The age of consent in the state of Nevada is 16 years old. However different things may apply. For example is the 16 year old a sex offender or has any other charges with minors under 16 which is 15 and under.
yes
Nothings illegal if you dont get caught.
In Nevada, the legal age to leave home without parental consent is 18 years old. However, minors may be able to leave home earlier if they are legally emancipated by a court order.
No it's not illegal.
NO AGE !! NEVER leave anyone in a car on there own
Not if you live in Alabama, Kentuky, Arkansas, or Mississippi.
Yes it is called animal abuse! Leave the poor woodpecker alone.
No it is technically not illegal for them to be home alone, since the one of them is over 16 it is considered a babysitting job in the eyes of the state.
leave the person alone stop harrasssing them this is illegal
That is actually considered abuse because it wouldn't be fed for that amount of time and that is illegal. Take your dog with you, leave it at a friends house, or take it to kennel while you're gone.
Leaving your child alone for that long isn't illegal. It is the parents opinion to gauge weather your 14 year old kid can keep your 6 year old safe and sound for 3 days. Truthfully I wouldn't leave them alone. If anything happens to them there is a good possibility that you could be charged with endangerment of a minor in my view. But no. It is not illegal to leave your kids home alone.
