Well it's not illegal to date a 30 year old if you are 17 years old, Until you turn 18 years old you are still a minor. There is no reason at all that a 30 year old person should be seeing a 17 year old person. Try finding someone your own age and I'll gaurantee you will be alot happier. Dating someone who is 13 years older than you will create problems just for the fact that you are losing your childhood. This 30 year old already knows what it is like to be a teenager, a young adult, and now an ADULT, you havent even experienced life yet. Well it all depends on the law. If you guys are mating I'm not too sure that is okay. But what I would do is keep dating this person if you really like him or her then wait until your 18 to mate. But just holding hands and going to the movies is okay no one really cares about that.
