A child under the age of 16 is considered a minor. Over the age of 16 you are legally (at least here in Georgia) considered an adult. My guess would be that, if anything sexual occurred, the 19 year old could be arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, as well as possibly statutory rape, since the 15 year old is legally a minor.
No it is not. It may be legal to "go out with" an 18 year old girl, but it is not legal for a 15 year old to have sex with her.
I guess it is illegal to date a minor anywhere in the whole world, now, there are some places or countries that would allow you to do that, but that does nto mean it is legal.
date yes, sex or sexual stuff is illegal however.
Only if you are found to be in an intimate relationship. Sex with a minor is illegal, so if you're 18, don't have sex with a minor.
There are no laws about dating in any state. There are laws about sexual contact and in Tennessee the age of consent is 18. Any age below that could result in criminal charges.
yes i think that it is legal but just in case try to go for a younger girl.
In many places, it is legal for a 23-year-old to date an 18-year-old. However, it is still important to consider the age of consent laws in your specific location to ensure that any intimate relationship is legal and consensual.
Yes
Yes she can because she is 18 and that is a legal adult.
Yes. It is perfectly normal.
Yes.
Yes but the parents of the girl would have to sign a paper saying that they were okay w/ it and stuff.
They are both of legal age and can do what they wish.
I think an abstinent relationship is legal anywhere between anyone.
Yes, in Mississippi, the legal age of consent is 16 years old. Engaging in any type of sexual activity with someone under that age, even if it is consensual, is considered illegal and punishable under the law.
Laws around age of consent vary by jurisdiction, but in many places, a 15 year old dating an 18 year old is legal as long as it doesn't involve sexual activity. It's important to make sure you both respect each other's boundaries and communicate openly with each other. It may be beneficial to also involve trusted adults or seek guidance to ensure a healthy and safe relationship.
If it is OK with her folks and "dating" is as far as it goes.
