At the age of 10 you are a child and it is not legal to donate a kidney to someone.
If you're still alive and want to donate say a kidney or part of your liver, you just tell your/their doctor; they will know what legal forms you need to sign. I don't think it's possible to make a specific organ bequest on your death, but it might be. Consult a lawyer.
To be a living organ donor, you must be over 18, willing, in good health, and either related to the patient, or a willing volunteer. It is not legal to donate an organ for a financial reward (in the UK) It is not legal to donate an organ for any other kind of reward. The living donor who donated the organ has given it to the other person cannot ask for it back. (This was tested in courts a few years ago; husband gave his wife a kidney. They divorced, he wanted his kidney back. Judge ruled that since it was a "gift", it was not his property, so could not ask for it back.)
hello
As soon as the kidney is inside the recipient, the donor has no legal claim to it. I think this will also apply to living donor liver transplants.
yes , they can also donate their blood they have allthe right to donate their blood.
It depends. Once your 18, you considered an adult, so you can donate if you want, but if you're still covered by your parents insurance, you'll most likely need there permission to do it. If you have your own insurance or are willing to pay your own way, then your free to do it.
If you have a terminal illness and doctors prescribe you medical weed. but only then is it legal in the US
