If you are pulled over for any reason and a police officer sees you are in your socks or bare footed, then yes, they can ticket you because you don't have full control of your car.
A citizen can not pull over a police officer for bending the law, but you can report them to the superiors of their Police Department.
No, it is 100% legal if you are over the age of 18.
Police followed a car for at least a mile before finding a reason to pull them over. Is that legal?
Sho Me emergency lights are the lights that are on top of a police/other government vehicle. They are the famous lights that cops use to pull people over or that the firetruck uses to warn people that it is coming.
To warn drivers of their presence and to pull people over with.... Do you seriously have to ask?
No it is not legal to black out your rear taillights. In CA if you get pulled over its a 350-500 $ ticket, or a impound.
I spoke with an OPP officer regarding this, he was trying to sell me his bike which has led lights on it. He said you can have the lights on, only if the lights are not directly visible. Its a little more difficult but if you can only see the light reflecting off of something else it is legal. so what he did was he mounted the lights upwards so that you only see the reflection, if you do this properly it is not illegal you may still get in some trouble with the police, they will probably still pull you over but you can always fight the ticket and ask to see what violation you committed in there little law book and you will will win.
== == I'm sure that the state of Georgia has a penalty scale that goes up, the faster you were speeding.
yes if he has turned on lights in the state he from you stop on other side
It's always been my understanding that it's never legal to drive with hazard lights on (in fact, on some reality police shows they'll show people get pulled over for that). I thought hazards are for when a vehicle is disabled either in traffic or on the shoulder if persons continue to be around it. And, as a personal side, they're not for allowing persons to park or stand in front of stores where there are no parking zones.
You can. Several areas have photo enforcement for speeding, or red lights.
