But to hire a dominatrix is a question that has never been answered in a court of law that I know of, so I doubt if anyone really knows the answer. Prostitution is illegal. A prostitute provides sexual services for pay. The question really is whether under Texas law, does a dominatrix provide a SEXUAL service? THAT question remains unanswered, and I don't know that anyone has ever been charged in such a case.
MY opinion is that they do not provide a sexual service so long as genitals are not involved. But that may not be what the courts think. I suggest that you seek legal council on this if you are concerned about it.
One thing I do know is that dominatrix's DO work in Texas. And you are able to hire one. I seriously doubt if they are risking jail time though.
