It is legal to be with someone when your 18 and the person is 17. The "sagitory rape" rule works for what I think may be a 4 year difference (or just an unreasonable age difference), such as a 12 year old and a 20 year old, or even an 18 year old and a 12 year old. I found this out in a Criminal Justice seminar at my college.
Umm,yes a 17-year-old is legal in Arizona but a 17-year-old dating someone over the age of 18 is a no.
yes
no cuze the porsen in question is over the legal age
It depends some clubs 17 some 18 some 21
17/20 is greater.
No It Is Not Because He/She Is Over The Age Of 16
no only one parent/guardian has to sign only for the 16 year old though but um the legal age for getting married 17 so you'd better wait for the 16 year old to turn 17 by then the 18 year old will be nineteen then they'll BOTH be at or above the legal age for marriage
no if you are over 18 you can not date a minor nor can you both be minors but one be 4 years younger for example if you are 17 you can't date someone 13
Sorry, but no you are still under the age of 17.
No, in North Carolina the legal age of majority is 18 years old. A 17 year old would need permission from a parent or legal guardian to move out and cannot legally live with an adult over 21 without their consent.
The legal age of consent in Louisiana is 17, so the age of the younger person is above the age of consent. However, there may still be legal implications due to the age difference and potential power dynamics involved. It is important to consult with a legal professional for specific advice in this situation.
no, 17 is the legal adult age in Louisiana. I live in LA too.
