No it is not legal!!! Added: I would add this, for consideration; Unless the anti-rabies vaccine (of the kind that is usually preventively administered to cats and dogs in a veterinary clinic) is controlled as prescription medication, AND it's purchase is restricted strictly to Veterinary Medicine practitioners, I would research your state law to determine if the above answer is factual in your state. I don't believe that there is any law against self-administering approved medications of any type to your OWN domestic animals.
