no you have to be 16 with and without parental consent
You need to be at least 18 in almost every place to get your tongue pierced. Under 18 requires parental consent.
Honestly, I don't live in Mass but I do know that no tatoo place unless you know someone will not perform a piercing unless you have parental consent.
In most places, you have to be 18 years old. If you are younger, then you need parental consent. But I highly suggest researching getting a piercing before you decide that's what you want.
well if you're under 18 you need a parent/guardian with you. but some shops wouldn't pierce me unless i was 16 and with a parent. but i went to another place who did it with my parental consent and i was 15.
If you are a minor you cannot put the order in place yourself. It has to be done by a parent/guardian who is legal.
There is no place in North America where you can get married without parental consent below the age of 18. There are a few states where you can petition a judge for permission in special circumstances (pregnancy being the most common).
that depend on the place because i try that when i was 12 and they tell me that they don't pierce young people. even when you parents ; sometimes they will say no ( in some places)
Depends on where you go. A REPUTABLE place will not pierce anyone under the age of 16. Usually requires parental consent under the age of 18. You would be best to call the place where you're going to and ask how old you must be. Also ensure that they have an autoclave that they use to clean the instruments.
Contact your local body piercing studios and ask them what the age policy is and the requirements for parental consent. Regulations vary from place to place and they would be able to tell you what rules they work under for your area.
In Ontario you must be 18+ to get genitals, nipples, etc. pierced. You can get other piercings such as your navel at the age of 16. You MUST have photo i.d to prove your age. If you go to a piercing place and they do not ask you for i.d, it is a better idea to go else where..... If you are under the age of 16, you need a parent or gaurdian to accompany you to get a piercing.
If you live in a place where same-sex marriage is legal you will be able to marry at the age of 18. To marry at a younger age requires parental consent and possibly judicial consent. If same-sex marriage is not legal where you live, you can travel to someplace where it is and marry there.
actually no its not but you have to be older than 13 with parental consent and police cannot ask you to remove anything like that unless its against an ordinance in a public place and could insinuate a riot or cause harm to others
