No. Facebook deleted or blocked your account for a reason, thus it is indeed illegal to hack into the system to get your account back. If you want to get your account back, contact the Facebook head office.

Yes and someone frauduantly hacked my account to make me believe that they have a Facebook international lottery and I have won 1,000,000 dollars if I transferred them an iTunes gift card and a visa debit card or steam card that they would cash in my winnings in cash of 1,000,000 dollars direct to me
