First of all, this is how you ask: Can you move out of your home at th age of seventeen in Georgia? and no can't you have to be 18 or older!!
* No, They have full custody of you intill your 18, unless you emancipate. But at your age, I would just wait it out another year in my opinion.
Yes , probaly but i think you need to talk it over with your parents first , maybe your parents could help you Good luck xx

Legally, no not at all. They are not financially responsible for you once you turn eighteen. Even if you are under the age of eighteen and decide to have a child it is up to you to provide for your child. They may still be financially "responsible" for you until you are 18 but the way the law sees it they do not have to provide for their grandchildren if you decide to have a child before becoming an adult. They are not financially responsible for anything anymore.
As far as I know, the legal obligations are the same as if you were married to the mother for 20 years before she got pregnant. If you are the father, then you are the father and that means you are legally and financially responsible for that child.
In Georgia, you must be at least 18 years old to legally move out of your parents' home without their permission.
You are NOT legally "in charge of," or responsible for, yourself simply because you are pregnant. Every state has laws regarding the emancipation of juveniles and, pregnant or not, they control the situation regarding you and your future child.
legally no, but if you're living with them or rely on them financially you're pretty much at their mercy unless you want to be homeless or broke.
Well, legally a person can move out at any age as long as they can support themselves financially. Well, legally a person can move out at any age as long as they can support themselves financially. Well, legally a person can move out at any age as long as they can support themselves financially.
No. You are a minor with a child. Nothing more nothing less. To be emancipated you need to prove to a judge that you can support yourself and your child.
i think if the women in the relationship is pregnant you don't need your parents consent in Georgia... I'm not too sure though
Does your husband have to legally and financially support his wife during a separation
No Georgia Civil Code 39-1-1 (a) "The legal age of majority in this state is 18 years; until that age all persons are considered minors". HOWEVER in most states you are considered a legal adult once you get pregnant, and the consent laws do not apply. I would suggest consulting a lawyer though
Legally, if your done with school, and seventeen, you are allowed to move out, and have most of the rights as an legal adult. If you are not done with school, and you are pregnant, being pregnant gives you the right to drop out of school without parent conseption. Which means you would be allowed to leave. So that's that way. Or you could get emancipated. Which gives you the right of a legal adult. Good luck :)
