Yes, but if your have not registered your company's logo with the trademark office, your logo can never be trademarked once you have used it and sold products with this logo. If you don't want another company copying or using a very similar logo, then I suggest you have it trademarked.
it is not legal unless you have brought the copyright decorations directly from the company.
Yes, but only if your selling price is higher than your purchase price plus overheads.
Sell is not an adjective, it is a verb to 'sell'.The adjective form is the past participle of the verb sold (or unsold). The abstract noun is form of the verb to sell is the gerund, selling. The word "sell" is also used informally as an abstract noun, for example a hard sell (aggressive persuasion), a soft sell (gentle persuasion), or a bit of a sell (lacking merit to be easily sold).
Maybe
The word 'sold' is the past participle, past tense of the verb to sell. The past participle of the verb also functions as an adjective. The word sell is also an abstract noun as a word for the activity of persuading someone to buy; for example 'hard sell' and 'soft sell'.A related abstract noun is sale.

18 is the legal age to sell but 21 to buy it in order to sell it you have to go and take a tabc course and get your certificate to be legal
I'm pretty sure that you would need to negotiate a proper licensing contract with the NFL to sell anything with their logo on it. And how do you plan on purchasing the logo. I'm pretty sure the NFL is not selling it. The rights to a logo are not something you can just purchase.
You are not allowed to sell or gain profit from an officially licensed collegiate logo unless permission is obtained from that university
