Open the gas cap to depresurize. Have a container ready as you may get half a cup of fuel that comes out.

I have to respectfully disagree. Removing the fuel cap will only depressurize the system if there are no in-line check valves in the pump, filter, or pressure regulator. Since the Trailblazer is a port injected vehicle, it maintains at least 40 psi in the lines while parked to allow for a fast startup. Pull the fuel pump relay and start the truck. After a few seconds the residual fuel pressure will be used up and the engine will stall. There will still be some pressure left, but far less than the 40-80 psi most vehicles run at.
No, but it is safer if you do.
No you do not , just loosen the lines slowly and the pressure will leak off Don't smoke are have a drop light close, cause fuel will run out, but then stop.
It depends on what happened to the old plant. Changing the soil shouldn't hurt, but it might not be necessary.
It usually does not matter how many kilometers are travelled before changing the timing belt on the Toyota Innova. A timing belt is left alone until problems arise. This is a very expensive repair and not necessary unless the engine has seized up.
The thermometer reading will change from reading the solution temperature.
after changing rotors
No, as long as they were working good before you changed plugs and did not break them while changing the plugs they will work fine.
Depends on many factors. Inspect the belt for cracks & wear and replace it as necessary. It should last at least 100,000 miles, but it may not.
120,000 miles , inspect and replace if necessary ( but I see another person has answered that their belt broke at 110,000 miles )
Ther are two oxygen sensors on the system. One is located at the exhaust manifold and the other just after the Cat. There are several reasons why you may get these codes and at $100 per sensor you do not want to be wrong. If you are destroying a sensor then you should find out why before replacing it.
It is not necessary.
Not necessary but extremley recommended
