Yes it’s normal. My mom was a little on the wild side when I was a teen growing up. She would always walk around the house in just a thong and t-shirt. Seeing her like that all the time at that age was major turn on. When I was 12 stole 2 of my moms thongs, and started wearing them. This continued until I moved out at 19. I’m 38 now and still wear women’s thongs but just not my moms. He will grow out of it

That depends. Panties have spandex in them which makes them hug your hips, so they aren't loose on your body. Pants aren't stretchy like panties which requires a bigger size and a belt, so it can be normal but that's more of a personal opinion.
