Is it normal for a 2004 Suburban 8-cylinder 5.3 Cold idle oil press 50 psi Hot idle 40 psi Normal accel its at 60 psi but you can peg the gauge to 80 psi if you stomp it?

Normal. Should only be able to hit 80 psi with very cold to cold oil though.
